About Me & Inspirations for Photography
Photography is an art. It's a way for people to capture special moments that they've created; to freeze a memory. It is a way to see things that people don't see in everyday life. Pictures are being taken in places where there is poverty, and starvation. That lets the privalaged people of the world realize what they have, and be appriciative. Photographs are even being used in medical situations, and even saving lives. I believe that photography is used to express emotion, and to remember good times. That's exactly what I am trying to attempt as a photographer. I intend to create emotion through photography, and even create a story through the lense.
As a freshman at Freeman High School, I am an amature photographer, so I am still learning. Yet, by far my favorite compoisitional tool is using a digital camera. I use the Canon Rebel, in all the different versions. I like to take pictures regarding cropping and portraits. I take these because I find them generally interesting and they make for a great photo. For inspiration, I turn to my family and friends. Ideas and brainstorming from them has helped me achieve many aesthetically pleasing photographs. To me, my photography style is just what looks cool through the lense of a camera. I usually look for an object that typically isn't photographed, but I do have the occasional nature picture. I also enjoy taking portraits.
